Can I return my product for a refund?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order (as indicated by the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable)
To initiate a return, please contact us within the 14-day period, providing the reason for your return. We will then furnish you with detailed return instructions. Please note that returns sent without prior communication will not be accepted. If your shipment was not free and above the threshold, we will also refund the shipment fees partially. Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. If the original payment was made via credit/debit card or bank account, please be aware that there may be a processing delay due to shopify payments or paypal.etc completing the credit transaction with your financial institution.
Promotional Discount Adjustments Upon Returns
Please be advised that promotional discounts applied to your original order are subject to review and potential adjustment in the event of a partial return. Our discount offers are often structured around minimum purchase requirements or specific product combinations. As such, returning item(s) may impact the eligibility of your original order for the applied discount.
Specifically, this policy applies to the following scenarios:
If a discount was applied to your order based on reaching a minimum purchase threshold (e.g., "Save $10 when you spend $50 or more"), and the return of one or more items causes your order total to fall below that threshold, the discount may be partially or fully revoked. The remaining items in your order will be re-calculated at their original, non-discounted prices.
For discounts that apply to the second, third, or subsequent items in an order (e.g., "Buy One, Get One 50% Off," or "Discount on each additional item"), the return of any discounted item will void the discount for that specific item. If you choose to keep any items that were part of the multi-item discount structure, those items will revert to their original, full price.
If the discount was on the purchase of a bundle of products, all products of the bundle must be returned in order to have the full refund. If a partial return on the bundle is made, the items kept will be charged the original price.
Is it possible to exchange an item rather than receive a refund?
Yes, we offer exchanges. Please contact us to initiate the exchange process. Unlike returns for a refund, a specific reason for an exchange is not required, as it is covered under our satisfaction policy. You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order (as indicated by the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable). We will then provide you with detailed exchange instructions.
Please note that exchanges are only eligible for items of equal original price. If the desired replacement item has a different price, the exchange will not be possible, alternative option such as a refund may be explored.
Do we provide return cost?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the original order's shipping cost was greater than $20 and then we will refund a portion of 30% follows with your item purchase price. Until the returned package is received by our team, it remains under the customer's responsibility. Therefore, we advise using a registered and traceable shipping service when returning items.
